LeAnn Mertens graduated from Jefferson City High School. She has worked as an assistant for Dr. Steven Huber for seven years, and presently is employed by Dr. JC Standlee. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and has taken the Restorative Module for Expanded Functions. She has two children, Megan and Tanner, and resides in Jefferson City.
